PandaConverter is operated by Raees, France. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@pandaconverter.com. This notice describes the information used to provide accounts and file conversion.

Account information

The app stores your name, email, verification status, password hash and account sessions in PostgreSQL. Session records may include IP address and browser information. Passwords are not stored in plain text.

Browser processing

Browser image and PDF tools process file contents on your device. If you are signed in, file names, sizes and conversion details are saved to account history. The output itself is not stored online and must be downloaded before leaving the page.

Uploaded files

Tools labeled private processing, including media, Office, OCR and text extraction, upload files to private storage. Files and outputs expire one hour after the earliest input upload. A background cleanup task removes expired file contents; access is denied immediately at expiry. Job metadata remains in account history.

Unlock PDF uses the password you supply. Passwords are encrypted in stored conversion settings and are not returned in history. Server job settings can contain form values, added text or signature images submitted through the API; account deletion removes the associated records.

Hosting and email

Hostinger provides the VPS hosting and email service. Verification and password-reset messages are delivered through Hostinger SMTP. Optional conversion and credit reminder emails follow your account settings. Your email address and the message contents are processed by the email provider for delivery.

Cookies and payments

The app uses authentication cookies to keep you signed in. Support conversations and saved account preferences are stored in PostgreSQL. Payments and advertising are disabled for the initial Free launch. No card details are collected by this release.

If payments, advertising or additional data services are introduced, this notice will be updated to describe them. The displayed Pro prices do not enable checkout by themselves.

Retention and account controls

Account information, preferences and conversion metadata remain associated with your account until deleted. File expiry applies to uploaded file contents, not the account history describing a conversion. Account Settings lets you update your profile, manage sessions and request account deletion. Operational backups are managed separately from the live database; contact support with any retention or erasure question.

Privacy requests

Contact support to request access, correction or erasure of your personal information, or to raise a concern about how it is used. We may need to verify that a request concerns your account. You can also contact the relevant data protection authority, including France’s CNIL. Keep original files and avoid uploading information you are not entitled to provide for processing.
