Available functionality

PandaConverter provides accounts, 68 conversion and PDF operations, and optional file inspection. Server processing reserves the quoted credits and spends them only on success. Failed or cancelled jobs release their reserved credits. Browser processing and file inspection use no credits. Some tools run in your browser; server tools require a verified account and enforce the limits shown on the converter page.

Your uploads

Upload only files you are entitled to process, including any personal information they contain. Do not use the service to distribute malware, bypass access controls or interfere with other users. Keep your original copies and check conversion results before using them. Conversion can change formatting or remove features unsupported by the output format. File inspection is not malware scanning or a guarantee that a file is safe.

Free credits and future paid plans

Free accounts receive 10 server credits per day, resetting at 00:00 UTC. Unused credits do not roll over and are a processing allowance, not a cash balance. Browser processing does not use server credits. Pro is planned at $3.99 monthly or $29.99 yearly; checkout is disabled for this launch and no subscription payment can be made. Paid subscription, renewal, cancellation and consumer information will be finalized before paid checkout is enabled.

Downloads and availability

Server files and results expire one hour after the earliest input upload. Download your results before that time. Browser results must be saved before leaving the page. Processing can fail because of file contents, unsupported features, limits or service interruptions; the service is not a substitute for keeping a backup of your originals.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private. You can manage your profile and sessions, or delete your account, in Account Settings. Contact support if you cannot access your account or need help with a conversion. The privacy notice explains how account and file information is handled.
