Delete your PandaConverter account.
You can request deletion from the app, website or by email. You do not need to reinstall the app.
Request deletion by email
- Email support@pandaconverter.com with the subject “PandaConverter account deletion”.
- Send the request from your account’s email address and say that you want the account and its associated data deleted.
- We will verify account ownership before carrying out an irreversible deletion. If you no longer have access to that email address, explain this to support so we can discuss verification.
Never send your password, verification codes, card details or file contents. You can use the same address to request deletion of specific personal data without closing your account; describe the records concerned.
Delete in the app or website
In the Android app, open Account → Privacy & account data → Delete account. On the website, open Account Settings and choose account deletion. Follow the confirmation steps. If you use Google sign-in or cannot complete those steps, use the email request above.
What is deleted
Deletion removes the live PandaConverter account, its sign-in sessions, profile and preferences, conversion history and credit records, support conversations, and associated uploaded files and conversion results. Purchase-profile deletion is requested through our subscription integration where applicable.
Subscriptions and copies you keep
Cancel an active Google Play subscription in Google Play subscriptions before deleting your account. Account deletion does not cancel a Google Play subscription. An active website Stripe subscription must be closed as part of account deletion. Files you saved to your own folders remain under your control.
Retention
Without an account-deletion request, server file contents expire eight hours after the earliest input upload; conversion metadata remains until the account is deleted. Operational backups are managed separately from the live database. Payment providers may retain transaction records for legal or accounting obligations. Contact support for questions about a specific record or backup; no separate fixed backup-deletion period is promised here.
