Add text, fill forms and place a signature on a PDF
Use Edit PDF to add new text, images or comment notes; Fill PDF forms to complete existing form fields; and Sign PDF to place a typed or image signature. These tools process file contents on your device.

Add content to an existing page
Choose a page in the preview, select text, image or comment note, then click the page or enter a position from the top-left. Add the item to the page before converting. Multiple additions can be placed on different pages. The current draft in the preview is not included until you click Add to page.
Use supported text and image settings
Typed additions use a standard Latin font. If a signature or name needs another writing system, upload a PNG or JPG signature image up to 1 MB. You can set text size and color or image width. The image must fit within the page. Comment notes may be visible only in a PDF reader’s comments panel.
Fill standard PDF form fields
The form tool lists writable text fields, checkboxes, radio buttons and choices from a standard AcroForm. Change the fields you want to export; existing values are kept. Fields remain interactive by default. Select Flatten filled fields only when you want a static completed copy. XFA and certificate signature fields are not supported.
Understand what a placed signature means
Sign PDF places a visible mark. It does not verify identity, create a certificate signature or provide a certificate validation trail. Use an appropriate signing service when your workflow requires identity verification, tamper validation or an audit trail. This tool does not promise those properties.
Keep private information out of the wrong tool
Adding a white rectangle or cropping a page does not securely erase underlying content. These tools are not redaction tools. Added content can also invalidate an existing digital signature. Keep the source, download the result and inspect every modified page before sharing.
