Credits, file limits and private conversion

Browser processing uses no credits. Server conversions show a quote before confirmation and spend credits only after success. Free includes ten server credits per UTC day; Pro includes 1,000 per monthly allowance period.

Free and Pro pricing

Pro is USD $3.99 monthly or $29.99 yearly. Annual billing still grants credits in monthly allowance periods; it does not grant all annual credits at once. Credits do not roll over. Free daily credits reset at 00:00 UTC. Your account workspace shows the balance, reservations and next reset. Prices remain subject to the checkout details presented when billing is activated.

How server credits are calculated

Most image conversions cost one credit per image. Basic PDF operations cost one per five processed pages, rounded up. Audio costs one per started minute. Video costs ten per started minute; video-to-GIF uses the selected clip. Editable DOCX and XLSX exports cost three per five pages. OCR costs one per selected page. RAR to ZIP costs one per started 10 MB of unpacked contents.

Quotes and reservations

Check credits uploads and inspects the file, then shows a quote valid for ten minutes. Confirming reserves the quoted credits. Success spends the final cost; failure or cancellation releases the reservation. Office, Pages, Markdown, HTML and ebook PDF exports reserve a maximum because pagination is known only after rendering. Unused reserved credits are released.

File and processing limits

Free supports 50 MB per file, five files and 100 MB combined. Pro supports 250 MB per file, 25 files and 500 MB combined. PDFs allow 25 source pages on Free or 200 on Pro; OCR allows ten selected pages or 50. SVG and text markup uploads are limited to 2 MB on both plans. Images are limited to 40 megapixels.

Where your files are processed

The tool page labels browser or private server processing. Browser file contents stay on your device; signed-in history can store names, sizes and conversion details. Server processing requires a verified account, and files expire one hour after the earliest input upload. Download results before expiry or delete server files sooner from the conversion page or history. Neither plan is a permanent file backup.
