Convert Office, Apple Pages, Markdown and HTML to PDF
Choose the converter matching your source file. Office and Pages exports import the document layout, while Markdown and HTML exports create a readable PDF from supported static text elements.
Understand workbook print areas, supported Pages imports and static Markdown or HTML exports before converting.

Word and PowerPoint documents
DOCX to PDF and PPTX to PDF render through LibreOffice. Installed fonts and supported layout features affect the result. Missing fonts, advanced charts and complex objects can change. Macros, external resources and embedded objects are rejected. Keep the source and compare page or slide count after export.
Excel workbooks and print layout
XLSX to PDF follows workbook print areas, page breaks and sheet settings. A wide sheet can occupy several pages. Set print areas and fit-to-page options in your spreadsheet editor when you need predictable output. External workbook links and embedded objects are not supported.
Apple Pages documents
Upload a single unencrypted .pages file. Supported iWork formats are imported into LibreOffice; a successful import is not a promise of identical fonts or layout. Complex or newer documents may be rejected. If that happens, export DOCX directly from Apple Pages and use DOCX to PDF. Pages to DOC produces the legacy Word DOC format.
Markdown and static HTML
Upload UTF-8 text up to 2 MB. Markdown supports headings, paragraphs, lists, tables and fenced code. HTML supports basic text structure and tables. Scripts and CSS layout are not executed, and external images are not fetched. Image references become descriptive text. This is not a web-page screenshot tool or a URL-to-PDF browser.
Why the quote says “up to”
The exact output page count is known only after rendering. PDF exports reserve the maximum basic PDF cost for your page allowance, then spend credits for the actual output pages and release the difference. Free reserves up to five credits; Pro up to 40. An export above the page limit fails without charging conversion credits.
